Azul Virtual is an unofficial Infinite Flight virtual airline run by fans, for fans. This policy explains what information our website collects and how the crew uses it.
What we collect
The only personal information we collect is what you type into the application form: your full name, email address, Infinite Flight username and Discord tag, and — if you choose to share them — your IF grade, flight experience and why you'd like to join.
We collect nothing else. There are no accounts, no passwords and no payment details on this site.
How we use it
Applications are stored securely and reviewed by Azul Virtual operations staff only. We use your details to evaluate your application and to contact you on Discord or by email about the outcome.
When you submit an application, a notification with its contents is delivered to our private staff channel so the crew can review it. We never sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, and we don't use it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep application details only as long as needed to review them and manage the roster. If your application is unsuccessful — or at any time on request — we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time. Message the crew on our Discord server, or reply to any email we've sent you.
